Maui Inline Hockey Association

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available.  Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account from Maui Inline Hockey Association.

AAU Reminder

Registrations will not be able to get beyond the next page without a valid AAU number. When registering with AAU, please make sure to select Maui Inline Hockey Association from the club drop down menu. Also make sure to use the same name on both the AAU Registration and MIHA Registration.
 

Middle Initial Issue

On the registration page after AAU Verification, your middle name may be populated fully in the "Middle Initial" box. If you have more than 3 letters in your middle name, you will receive an error when trying to continue. Please correct by either deleting the middle initial data completely or using a single letter. This may or may not be fixed by Sports Engine, so this is just a friendly reminder for you.

You must register first with AAU and then return to this Registration Session to signup.  If you have not already signed up with AAU, please follow these steps:

• Step 1:  Obtain current AAU Membership
  • IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A CURRENT AAU MEMBERSHIP:  CLICK HERE to go to AAU Registration and register your player(s). Be sure to PRINT and SAVE their confirmation code(s). Remember to register EACH of your players with AAU. Each player must have their own unique AAU Membership ID. 
  • TO LOOK UP/RENEW AN AAU MEMBERSHIP:  CLICK HERE to go to AAU Membership Lookup.
• Step 2:  Return to this registration and proceed. Later in this registration session you will need to enter the AAU Membership ID that you received in Step 1.
